Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Powder
Melamine resin is also called melamine formaldehyde resin. It is a polymer obtained by the reaction of melamine and formaldehyde. It is also called melamine formaldehyde resin. Melamine resin is added with inorganic filler to make molded products, such as decorative plates, tableware, daily necessities. The appearance of melamine tableware resembles porcelain or ivory, and it is not easy to crack and suitable for mechanical washing.

Physical Property:
Melamine moulding compound in powder form are based on melamine-formaldehyde resins fortified with high-class celluloses reinforcement and further modified with minor amounts of special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants.
Advantages:

2. High water resistance, can withstand boiling water for more than three hours
3. Thermal stability High, low temperature curing ability
4. Good insulation, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance

6. Good resistance to chemicals, electrical insulation properties, etc.
Melamine products have better hardness and wear resistance than urea ones.
